question about custom bumpers

If i add a custom car to sa. If i add front bumpers to it will the original bumpers on the car be deleted and it adds the new one?

You want to know if u can tune dowloaded cars?...it depends if the Author

gave it this fuction...

How to name the dummy or what, to make my car tuneable?

I am working on Honda civic in Zmodeler2 for Gta Sa.

I want to model the car in standard outfit.Then I want to model some tuned bumpers,skirts,wings,exhaust,scopes and so on,so u will be able to enter "street cars" or how is the shop called,tune the car and leave the shop with need4speed:ug-looking car...

So this is my question - how to do it? (not how to model it...I know enough about modelling,but how to let it work)

 

One more question:

As im not sure that there is someone who can solve my problem, sending me an imported model of elegy,stratum ( or any street racing car which is tuneable in the game ) in .z3d format will be so very helpful
