Because SA takes place BEFORE III. So hear is the timeline to avoid some of these easily answerd questions. Vice City-1986 San Andreas- 1992 GTA III: 2001 So, anyone killed in III wont affect what happens in SA or VC. Anyone killed in SA wont affect VC. Catalina says she is headed for Liberty City with her new bf( the guy from GTA 3).
