Jasonlives
http://www.tvguide.com/News/Entertainment/ Sherry Stringfield, who plays Dr. Susan Lewis, the last main character who was part of ER's original cast, is leaving this season. She took a five year break in 1996 and returned in 2001. I'm a huge ER fan and half the reason I got into this show was because she was pretty hot (not as much now, given the fact that she's 38.) Even today I watched the episode from the season 3 DVD where she leaves for the first time... and it figures that I go online and read this about her doing it again. Oh well. I dunno about any of the rest of you ER fans (if any), but I think this show was on the way out when Anthony Edwards left. Now that Noah Wyle's gone and Stringfield's soon to be out, this show has nothing left to offer.
papanesta
Noah Wyle I'll miss, not so sure I'll miss her as much. She's not even in the program that much, and I'm way more attatched to other characters. I'll still gladly watch the program, and hopefully still enjoy it. Cuse510
Noah Wyle I'll miss, not so sure I'll miss her as much. Seconded. She was an ok character, but definitely not one of my favorites on the show. Maybe that's because I've only been watching it for 2 or 3 years, but I don't know. Anyways, I guess it is too bad that now there are no more "originals" left.
Jasonlives
Sherry was absent for much of the second half of the tenth season, mainly because her character was pregnant... maybe she was just getting ready for her departure, I dunno. What gets me is that Susan was appointed Chief of Emergency Medicine after Romano died and Weaver took the Chief of Staff job. Susan's got one of the most important jobs you could have in a hospital, and now she's leaving. Unbelieveable.
papanesta
So maybe they'll kill her off. That would suck.

Otter
I Think Pratt's an excellent character - he may end up carrying the show for a while. Danny Glover's his dad? That'll be some good TV come next season. The new residents are all pretty cool too. Whatzisface - the redhead guy - is a great character. It sucks to see Sherry leave, but Susan was getting to be a tired storyline. I just hope they don't kill her. If they do, however, it'd be neat to see Clooney show up! That guy needs to make a cameo now and then, and the only one left -that he knows - in the hospital is her!

He's the most interesting character on the show and this new plot with his possible father or something should be interesting. Also, I guess by whatzisface you mean Morris. A lot of people hate him cuz he's kind of an a**hole, but I like him because he's so funny. He definitely needs a bigger role
papanesta
I loved the recent episode (in the UK anyway) where the floor collapsed at the party. The effects were excellent.

Yeah, that was - I think - the season finale. It was quite a cliff-hanger.

It was actually based on a real balcony collapse in Chicago a couple years ago I think. The real thing was not too far from my house...
