Learning to Fly and N.O.E.

Can anybody pass "Learning to Fly" and "N.O.E." missions for me? I just can´t pass the flying missions and it gets very frustrating.

i. I left something for you to do ... All GOLD at Flight School except Parachute Onto Target, its just a question of timing ... DIVE for 22 seconds, PULL UP until 40 seconds, PULL UP 4/5 times to land on centre for GOLD <55 seconds.
