GritSandWiches4Breakfest Posted August 3, 2005 Share Posted August 3, 2005 I have collected all 100 hidden packages and finished the storyline. Even the game is 100% complete. But, the Hunter never spawns at the helipad at Ocean Beach. I have driven around the block and around the whole state and it never has came back... Any help would be nice.
