Changing Gravity

hi

i know now that the charactiristics of the game's viechles can be changed using the handling file..

 

so my question is : is there a way to reduce gravity using the same easy mehtod,is there a file wich has values that can be altered to mess around with the games gravity or is it a bit complicated and cant be done easily?(what i have in mind is something similar to tony hawks moon gravity cheat if ure familiar with it rolleyes.gif )
