brotherbozar
I've downloaded loads of great custom paintjobs, but for instance i have 2 or 3 paintjobs for the Slamvan which replace 'paintjob 2'... is it possible to simply rename some of these txd. files to 'slamvan1' or 'slamvan3' ? dertyjerzian
no, but it is possible t add new tattoos. PM the guy who made the "ADD Not REPLACE tattoos" tut, he might be able to tell you which file you can alter to add and not replace vehicle mod shop textures. DexX
you cant add very many. 4 is the max the game will load for any vehicle (if you add more, it simply wont read them). just change the number on the end of the txd 1, 2, 3, or 4 and it to the img. brotherbozar
Ok nice quick responses thankyou, at least this improves my choice just a little edit: I do find it strange though that if adding one more is just a matter of rename one of my skins to slamvan4.txd, then why can't the first three be swapped out so easily? brotherbozar
Well i decided to test it out for myself and i can indeed simply rename the custom ones i've downloaded, eg. I renamed the 'angel of death airbrushed slamvan skin, which comes by default as a replacement for paintjob 2(slamvan2)...renamed it to slamvan1.txd and it works fine, looks fantastic actually. Maybe you guys misunderstood me?
