Skin is a simple edit and change of colours, basically you just paint the CJ. Adding colours and pasting costumes images. Very simplr to do. A model is much more complicated. The whole new 3D model of CJ or Cloths need to be created. It takes time and hard work. Skin takes time to do as well but its much more simpler and easier and fater to do. I see that you already know the problem (black/white) that touched the breviouse Batman Begins skin. Well the same consepts can be applied for this skin/model too. Ears and backwings would require complicated 3D modeling and BATMANs just looks stupid when they talk like CJ. Anyway I think that your idea is OK and hopefully someone will try to do it for you since it covers the whole body with the suit and it really dosent matter if the person is black or white, since batman beyond could almost be anybody if u think about it Its not just skin colour that makes Batmans looks stupid, its the way the talk.
