ALL THE CARS ARE WHITE,I DUNNO' WHOAT TO DO,I LOWERED THE GRAPHICS,RESOLUTION...I TRIED LATEST DRIVERS...HEEELLLLPPP!!!

Let me guess. XP SP2?

 

I had the same problem with GTAIII and VC right after installing SP2. A few months later a video driver update fixed it.
