SIP YEK NOD
the firefox process may still be running(frozen or something) so it autoatically signed you into a new profile in firefox. try closing it, pressing ctrl+alt+del, and making sure the firefox process isn't running. Big Slow
Also try going to start > Run > Type in firefox.exe -profilemanager > and choose the profile you created originally. I think that may help.

Dome Piece
Ive had this happen to me a few times. It happens during a crash or power failure. Its a major flaw in the Firefox design. I posted about it a few months back. Theres only one way to avoid it. Reguarly back up your Firefox folder. - Dome Piece
