Victus Posted August 2, 2005 Share Posted August 2, 2005 It dawned on me that I could probably fit a large car collection into the huge hangar at the abandoned airstrip. So first I got all the police vehicles (bike, cop car, cop rancher, SWAT Van, FBI rancher, patriot, barracks, tank). I had gotten all but one of these in there I think. The next time I came back the bike was missing. Then the next time the SWAT van, then after that all but the tank were gone. I know GTA garages can on occasion 'forget' cars, but is it just this garage specifically? Or am I perhaps putting too many in there? Would any of you mind grabbing any old pile of cars and throwing it in there, to see how many it can hold on average? DWatch Posted August 3, 2005 Share Posted August 3, 2005 (edited) The hangar door wont open up after 4 vehicles are stored, even the smallest vehicle (the bikes). You probably got all those vehicles in there by sneaking them in when the door was open. I think it is designed to only hold 4. edit: I should have said, the hangar doors wont open up after 4 vehicles are stored, IF your in a vehicle. If you are on foot, it will open, and allow you to drive more cars in, but it 'forgets' the extra cars, I guess. My result: 6-7 vehicles There is a chance that any of the garages you have can forget vehicles. It's almost absolutely random. ALL garages there can hold 4 max, whether you're talking about the Hangar or the ones in LV and Dillimore. It's all a matter of lay-out that could possibly solve the occassional problem of disappearance or the garages "forgetting' your car. there seems to be a decrease in cases of disappearances if you park your vehicles (cars particularly) crosswise than lenghtwise in the garage.
