Most rare... Euro. Its only one spot in the game, never on roads, and only accesible during import/export missions.

You sure about that? I get Euros lots of times in Venturas.

Coach is common to me but i never see the bus.

Some of these should obviously be kept off people's lists.

 

Anything that never spawns, either parked or driving shouldn't count. The same goes for something that has a set spawn point because it can't be considered rare if you can go somewhere during the normal game and get it whenever you want.

 

The SWAT Tank, the Phoenix, and the FBI truck aren't ever driving around or parked, so they don't count. (The SWAT Tank is only in one mission, the FBI truck isn't in the game without mods/cheat device codes, and the Phoenix is only in that one race mission.)

 

The only time I've ever seen a hotknife driving was during a vigilante mission, though I've heard they show up on firetruck missions too. Same goes with the Patriot. But once you've gotten all gold in driving school you can get one whenever you want, and you can go to the restricted area, or the Naval base to get a Patriot whenever you want.

 

Also, that spot in LV where the Euros spawns is only when you need it for Import/Export so it shouldn't count. The Uranus is also fairly hard to find driving around, luckily you can get it at Wang cars. I see them driving sometimes, mostly around the SF airport. (for me anyway)

 

There are a bunch of others that have spawn points listed on the java map, but are only there when they're on your current I/E list, but once you've delivered them you can get them again whenever you want. (Although since they are day specific, that shouldn't count the same way a spawn point does.)

 

There are several parked spawn points for the Romero. (the hearse) I see a Mr. Whoopee every single time I exit the pay n' spray by the beach in LS. I can almost always find a burrito parked by the quarry. Buccaneer's are always all over the area by the Naval base in SF, there are sometimes two parked in that gas station, although it changes and they are sometimes locked. And I've driven past Buses and thought they were Coaches, the only real difference besides their paint jobs and logos, are the fact that their front window is clear instead of black.

 

But it also depends on how deep into the game you are, what girlfriends you have, how many gangs still have territories, whether you will use codes or not, etc., so rather than saying rare I'll just list the cars that I have a hard time finding in my game when I want one.

Thier are tons of cars that you don't see all the time. Like Mr.Whoopee and others. The bullet is something you don't see too, too often. Stanford you don't see them very much Even the mountain bike. I only seen a couple people riding them. they usually ride BMX of teats other crappy bike.

I think that the Phonix is the rearest car of them all it doesnt eaven have a spawn point the only way you can get is by entering a race and driving it to your garage.

that swat tank is hard to find, I wish it was at least a code. usally i can find the slamvan close too vinewood pretty easy to find, i wish there was a prerunner truck. grrrrrr my profle image isnt showing up!!!

Yes only-parked-cars are rare, but they can be found using one of the tons of guides here.

 

Some cars don't spawn often, but the game is made so only a bunch of the cars in the computer's current memory spawns. This frees up memory so only maybe 15 cars are being processed at the same time. It would be too demanding if 60 different cars were to be spawned within a short timeframe. This is why, if you drive around the same neighborhood, sometimes 5 Turismos will cruise by, while others don't seem to appear ever. Go to another neighborhood and see what types spawn there.

 

When you cruise around looking for one particular car that just never appear and you finally find it after an hour of searching, suddenly it is all over the place. This is because it is now one of the cars currently being spawned from the memory.

 

All "spawnable" cars mentioned here I have seen in abundance at one time or another (with the possible exception of the Bus, but it has still spawned once the right location was found!). But yes, if you only cruise around Los Santos, many cars will never spawn there, thus you think they're rare... They're not, you're just in the wrong place.

I find hotknife to be the rarest. The only time I see it on the move is when I'm chasing it in a vigilante mission.

if you want to see euros,phoenix & hotknife type this cheat gusnhde its only for pc version im finding the ps2 & xbox one but try this when id type this cheat i found hundreds of euros in the whole SA hotknife also if you want to get phoenix i think it can only be find in LV and LS when i type this cheat im hunting in SF but i can only find euros and hotknife

don' know, but among the 'normal' cars, i don't see the turismo too often...only managed to get it once (n blow it up)

The Manana is pretty damn rare... in fact i only saw it on that triad mission. I don't know if it can be seen "around the streets" at all. It looks a little different, like a 90's Manana with those wrap-around lights that where popular at the time, not the 80's-style one seen in all the other games (except LCS where it was inexplicably turned into a shortened MX5, but was still slow. Oddly in VCS it's much faster, but looks like the crappy one again)
