[SM]CJZera
Like said some posts above, I used to not even recognise the Stafford, I sweard that for 5 months I never saw one (I say Four months because maybe I saw one and I dont remember), but the other day I was walking at the LV strip... AN INVASION of Stafords I tell you. Also, Vehicles that do not apear at all shouldn't be taken as rare, because they simply do not apear at all, not rare cases. Now that I get into thinking, the rarest is the Faggio, only one spawn and it triggers a delivery mission, aka not what you would like to get this bike, and seeing one isnt that easy, long time since I saw one
lazy34
If you save at the Santa Maria Beach safehouse and walk outside without entering any cars, you might be able to see some people riding faggios.
HolyGrenadeFrenzy
OT- Lots of people are saying cars that are quite rare but the title does read 'most rare car' in SA, so i believe that that goes to the Euros. correcttimundo! !!GameCH33TA!! and anyone that agrees with him wins the prize! The Euros is indeed the rarest car in the game.
darius940304
I would say that the rarest car is the one you find near the huge radar....the Sand...something
reform
Not really, as it's always by the Big Ear. 100% spawns can't be rare.
lazy34
The Euros has a 100% spawn rate on Fridays if you buy it and it can be found in Vigilante missions. The Bus, on the other hand, doesn't spawn anywhere (that I know of) and rarely spawns in traffic, unlike its cousin the Coach. I've never seen a criminal use a Bus in vigilante and I've never had to put out a burning Bus in firefighter missions.

zmoonchild
OT- Lots of people are saying cars that are quite rare but the title does read 'most rare car' in SA, so i believe that that goes to the Euros. The topic line states “Most rare car, Rarest car in the lovly San Andreas”… however, Hoozer (the person that started this topic) clearly talks about the Mr Whoopee, which is definitely not a car; it’s a truck… so based on that, Hoozer probably meant the rarest vehicle (car, truck, motorbike, scooter) in “lovly” San Andreas, excluding boats and aircraft. Also, this topic was started in 2005, and Hoozer hasn’t even logged in for about 3 ½ years. Fact: The Euros does not appear in traffic. The Euros infrequently appears as the Suspect Vehicle in the Vigilante Mission. The Euros can be imported on Fridays at the Exports/Imports Crain. Therefore, after it’s been exported, it’s not rare at all. Hoozer didn’t seem to put much thought into this topic when he created it… in fact, it seems as though it was just some random thought that went through his mind that he probably has long since forgotten about. Based on how this topic has evolved over the past 3 years, 7 months, and 6 days, it has become something much more than Hoozer's simple comment, and I would suggest creating a new topic and locking this one, simply because this one was never clearly thought out in advance by Hoozer, and it’s just the same thing over and over: the Euros is the most rare… no it’s not… Mr Whoopee is the most rare… no it’s not… yes it is… the Faggio is the most rare… no it’s not, yes it is… the Euros is the most rare… no it’s not… yes it is… it just never stops… repeating over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over. I think there should be a topic that lists the vehicles and how often they appear in traffic, how often they appear in missions, and how often they appear as a parked vehicle, and then give a rarity value based on that; and the first page on that topic should be updated on a regular basis with those stats, that way we don’t have the constant repetitiveness of this topic. That’s just my opinion.

I 90% agree As you said, the topic title means 'car', not vehicle, so the Bus is out as it is most definitely not a car. That means, it must go to the Euros. If someone suggests another 'car' more rare than this, it will be considered, but it is just my (and HGF's, apparently) opinion that the Euros is the most rare car. I do, however, like the opinion, that of darius940304, about the Sandking being the most rare. It does not spawn in traffic. It does not spawn in Vigilante. It does not spawn in Firefighter. It appears at 'The Big Ear' once and after you take it away and save your game, it will not spawn again, just like the goggles there. So, after you have it once, you can get it again. But, it is not a car, it is a truck. So, unfortunately, it cannot be considered in this topic. Go on then. You don't have to get someone else to do it. Be diligent and get it going and keep it active yourself.

Yeah, I’ll get to that as soon I get to that novel I’ve been putting off… the only reason I’m able to post videos and make comments on this forum is because I own my own business, and I can play video games while working… otherwise I’m either teaching or working another full-time job. I don't have enough time to do it. It's funny whenever one of my employees walks in and finds me playing GTA; he had never heard of the game, but now knows it well enough because of times he’s watched me playing it… I was actually hoping that someone else may get the itch to start that new topic.
