Development on the SA:MP client is currently on hold while we wait for the patch. Work on the SA:MP server and gamemode stuffs is continuing. Kryptos finds it hard to get a positive score during the tests. VC:MP is getting some attention while the SA:MP client is on hold. Feature and gamemode requests on this forum are not going unnoticed. Spreading the word won't be as successful as a server list. I was thinking, why not have support from a company like game monitor or another one just like that? Game monitor shows the stats and rankings of the servers and who is currently there. I was thinking someone should make a big post with all the servers with the game monitor details. It is not intended to run large public servers! Perhaps a later version of VC:MP will be, but not this one. Do not base your expectations of VC-MP on other multiplayer mods. VC:MP was never intended to be released in the first place. It was a result of developing a core for GTA:SA. Eventually it got to the point where it was almost of complete multiplayer mod in itself. EDIT: What we've decided on now is that we'll release a bugfix version of VC:MP a few weeks after the 0.1a release. If it turns out VC:MP is stable enough to run on large public servers, we'll add a server browser and the SA:MP anti-cheat module.
