He's the guy at Blastin' Fools records who offers Mad Dogg a recording deal just after he gets his rhyme book back from Loc. BTW: there's no evidence to suggest the blonde is Rochel'lle. That seemed a likely explaination before her files were found to be called Battina [or Bettina]. But now it doesn't make sense to think she has anything to do with Rochel'lle. Jizzy's girl, Bettina, looks like her and is in the game. Rochel'lle is not in the game and all we know about her is that she's a white female rapper that Rockstar made up as someone who was around San Andreas at that time.
