what this 24+ trailer, and turn the "1 hit kill car", how do I use is and what does it do ?????

It's correct name is aclled Trainer.

 

A Trainer is like a 3rd party program which puts in the cheats with a simple keybind.

 

You have to download the trainer from a website which has them.

 

www.gamewinners.com

 

being one of them.
