This mod is a group of 3 mods: Opius car spawn, Snake Weapon Select and Give n Take. I have modified These mods for a better integration and better optimizations. For example, the CarSpawn mod does not show the name of vehicles but show a number. A PDF in this archive contain vehicles references, you can print it. It's also possible to do a jump +10 or -10 in the numbers. This mod dont modify the gameplay or the stories line. But I'm changed a great part of this code. Even if you leave your car and you enter in the same car, the fuel is not changed. The mod save the last 32 vehicules. In petrol stations, there is a red marker to locate the zone of supply. - Possibility to slows down the game speed (1/5 of normal game speed) and to restore it. Your player is affected but the speed of aim is not changed. Sources are available in the archive. Note : The fuel dont go down in missions ! Note 2: The tank can contain until 100 units of petrol. A unit costs 15 dollars. Note 3: If you have more than 50% of drive skill, the petrol consumption is reduced by two. I really like the changes done to the car spawning, both the vehicle ID usage and mouse wheel make selecting a car much faster than in the original SACS. (Opius, take note! )The helicopter magnet behaves oddly sometimes if you disable it with a car attached.. it seems to make both the magnet and car hover in the air on their own.. I'm not sure if you can do anything about that but it'd be nice. The only other thing I noticed is the fact that after starting the game and being hospitalized once.. I went to a petrol station and used my whole remaining $250 on about 8-10% of fuel. I know it's expensive in reality but that should be illegal! I guess it wouldn't be so much bother if I'd completed the game and had millions to spare.. but currently I'm broke and spending so much on petrol I can't afford any weapons/clothes etc.. Aside from those two things I haven't seen any problems yet, the whole thing looks real good and I'm considering using it as my default scm. I was mainly just using the petrol station to see how it worked but I guess now I can leave it until I have a little more cash to spare. Just one more thing, do you have (or know where to get) a .txt file with all of the vehicle ID numbers listed? My laptop doesn't seem to like switching from SA to Acrobat. the_gas Posted September 16, 2005 Share Posted September 16, 2005 Small problem. I have my favourite car, which i use to drive around in. I keep this in CJ's garage in Ganton. i refil the petrol/gas car and put it back in the garage, do a mission or the save the game and the petrol/gas dissapears.
