In end of the line I got to the part where the drug makers were I stayed behind the door ran through threw a grenade about 3 times and went back in and killed the survivors with a SMG and when Tenpenny shot the drug machine and it blew up I did all the firetruck missions and for bigfoot I stayed on him with an M4 and blasted like hell

What!? Bigfoot!? What the @%!!!!!!?????? cryani.gifmercie_blink.gif

Explain much clearer next time, pleeeeeaaaaasse. suicidal.gif

IMO, the hardest is the racing missions in the countryside. I remember when I first did these missions, I was in first place then there was a sharp turn and I just swerved and the car tipped over and exploded.

I found Supply Lines very easy, i could get back with half fuel, its the mission before that i found very hard (Air Raid) on the PS2, took more than 10 attempts suicidal.gif

same here

The hardest for me was definately Flying School - Circle The Airstrip. Took me about 1 month to actually get past it then the next one was Circle The Airstrip and Land. GTA has a nasty habit of doing that to me confused.gif

The Big Smoke mission, Wrong Side of the Tracks, can be a real pain for me. Half the time it seemed like Smoke wasn't even bothering to aim at the Vagos. Sometimes he didn't even shoot at all for long stretches of the tracks. I lucked out just once.. when hitting a bump somehow got the whole Sanchez onto the top of the train. I couldn't move the bike around, but Smoke was a lot better aim when they were right infront of him.

The mission in Driving School where you have to do a corkscrew through the air and land on your wheels was ridiculous. I've never used that "skill" before or since, though I have broken a few controllers because of the mission.

I agree Smoke has a really sh*tty shot. I ended up riding ahead of the train and killing the people myself.

i think he did okay as long as you were positioned right.

i beat the mission on the first try everytime i start a new game.

zero's missions were too bad.

it might just be a fluke...but vertical bird pissed me off quite a bit.

like wierd sh*t would happen. all the other times i played i kicked ass in the mission on my first try. here i would get in the hydra...get near the floatilla. and then a hydra would kamikaze into me and blow me up.

not that the mission wasnt fun tounge2.gif

"Vertical bird" is my favorite mission. For me dificulty of this mission is normal (not hard but not too easy). I remember how i passed this misson first time. smile.gif I like to do crazy tricks very much, so if I have a chanse, I do them. In this mission i flyed between bridge's beams. Enemies didn't do that wink.gif

PS I also remember my first flying by hydra. smile.gif That was last fliht mission at the airport (under sign "Racing" mercie_blink.gif ). I didn't know, that nozzles can be disposed horizontally. I had to fly 10 km with vertically disposed nozzles as helicopter. cool.gif At last after 10 min of gameplay I passed this misson.

Home In The Hills is my vote. I learned during the min kill comp that you can pretty much bypass the fight outside altogether. Still, the gauntlet inside consistently drains me, even with picking up the armor and health along the way. And although I've finally figured out a good approach, Freefall's nailing the corona in mid-flight is VERY hard and I think the SA Save N Play substantiates this.

Supply Lines, It wasn't the fuel proble, it was the aiming problem, I am the worst shootist in GTA history!

Probably all of Zero's missions, I found them very difficult. I hate RC's!

Somehow I managed to do the end of the line mission first time. Made it out the crack factory with just 8 seconds to go but i did it. Helps a lot if your fireproof.

That NRG 500 one in the docks where you have to get the checkpoints in and around the bowl is very hard.

Took me ages to do this. It's near the exporting ship

The Los Santos race "Freeway" was easily the hardest part of SA for me (on PS2).

Must have tried 25 times before finally passing. Don't know if it actually helped, but on that last try, I started the race with 3 stars.

Supply Lines, definately, took me 4 tries when i first did it. nervous.gif

End of the Line was pretty easy to me, did it without being fireproof. Also finished on my first try.

End Of The Line. I just get tired of running up all the steps and different levels killing balas and vargos. Then killing smoke. Then going back downstairs. Just a long boring mission sometimes.

The chase with Tenpenny was more heartbreaking when he or Sweet dropped and died. Sweet's was far more heartbreaking. And Air Raid was tedious.

i'm surprised only one person in this thread mentioned freefall. that was a tough one! took me at least 20 attempts to beat it. it's the mission we get the most requests for over in mission help. zero's missions are tough, too. once you get the hang of flying, all the missions that involve flying pretty much become a snap.

home in the hills was a tough one, primarily because you exhaust yourself fighting everyone in the house only to have chase big poppa in a car that is nearly impossible to handle. like flying though, once you get the hang of the way the windsor drives, the chase is easy.

there were some awfully tough races, too. barnstorming was the hardest flying race. san fierro fastlane and vinewood were the hardest driving races. and thank god for the minigun when i was first trying to beat dirt bike danger (is that what it's called? the race in LV?). killing all the other bikers was the only way i could win it.

To all you people mentioning Air Raid or Zero's missions in general, PC users don't have that problem. At least not the ones smart enough to use their mouse instead of a game pad tounge.gif

I keep hearing races too. With the exception of a couple LS races, I didn't find any of them to be too tough.

Supply Lines is another one that's considerably easier on the PC. The fuel doesn't deplete as quickly, which is what made it so tough on the PS2.

Supply Lines was particularly difficult on PS2 v1.0. But I believe that was modified on PS v2.0, when the fuel supply was recalculated and the aiming of the Sanchez riding targets was sort of recalibrated to make it less accurate.

number has to go to the pilot school mission for destroying targets, I can only ever get silver.

But supply lines was hardest more story mission, fuel was easy to preserve, but the guy on the BMX was SO... DAMN... ACCURATE!

And why does everyone find the dancing and low rider so hard? I never missed a beat on most occasions..

I'm surprised to hear this. I've never had less than gold. Not even the time I was doing the min kill comp and did it with zero kills and not even the other night. The other night I was doing it and for some reason, the two that drive around just were not getting hit. It seemed to take forever. Still gold. I was surprised.

Tips: Use the machine gun, not the rockets. Fly in fast and keep shooting. All three trucks WILL blow up before you pass them. Since the machine gun is auto-aiming, the two driving around usually aren't a problem either. Just stay back a bit and keep shooting. Most importantly, don't rush to land. I just found out the other night that you have all the time in the world. So be centered and facing east and the gold will be yours every time.

what does everyone think is the hardest part of the game that is required for 100%. including all side missions that require 100%.
