As for silencing shot, meh expect it from a 41 point talent, of course its going to be good. I'm yet to see anyone complaining about our "Go for the Throat" talent, on the third tear and gives our pet half its energy back, couple it with a Wind Serpent from ZG and the new ranged attack they got it can dish out some serious damage every single time you crit, which as a hunter is a sh*tload.

believe me, in every match i end up top 1 or 2 on damage and killing blows. beastly.

I've been waiting three days for my two 60's to use the free transfer off my server, sucks not being able to play. I can't wait until tuesday, to start the grind from 60 to 70, and being able to expierance everything. It will be like playing wow for the first time again.

As for the BC expansion. I have it preordered at my work and it came in today!!! Along with the strategy guide. Man, just holding the box made me excited again to play since I haven't played for a little while. I was reading through the strategy guide too and was learning all sorts of cool new information about the game.

 

Did you lot know that druids get a FLYING shapeshifting form at lv 68!? You turn into a hawk, looks sweet. It can only be done in outlands though, but it does mean druids get to fly sooner then anyone else because you can only guy flying mounts at lv 70.

 

The thing that pisses me off is the new boss of the store. He is a real asshole. After he showd up he took back the strategy I was looking at and locked everything away since it's not suppose to be out till the 16th. Doesn't seem to matter to him that we are employees and ALL the copies they got in were reserved by employees too. Totally idiotic. I chewed him out for it though.

pretty much no place will sell it early. I know a co-worker who went to walmart though and they had them out for sale. When he asked the people working there if he could buy one they said yes. But as they tried to ring it up it said it couldn't be sold till the 16th so no copy for him haha.

 

 

but guess what!!? I HAVE MY COPY! MUUHHAAAA. Got the 4 install disc sitting right here in front of me. GOT MY COPY EARLY BITCHES!!! WOOOT!!! I'm going to install it around 11 so when the new updated realms go live at midnight, I'll be the first on while everyone else is waiting in line to go buy their copies!!

Tell me how it is guys, even though I've considered myself wow-free I ain't going to lie and say I am not tempted to get back into it with the Expansions. Having a near-60 character means I would be in the grind to 70 group so I am quite tempted.

So yea, started into the little crack addiction that is this game back in the 1st week of December. Since then I've been yelled at and threatened by the wife and have even taken off work a bit early to squeeze in an hour here or there.

 

That said, haveing a great time with it.

 

Anywho, I've also co-founded a guild The HellDagger Elite and had a fair share of drama with that allready.

 

Being that Korialstrahz isn't a PVP server but rather a voluntary one, (you mark yourself for PVP voluntarily or by hitting a PVP marked player or NPC) I'm just now getting into that aspect of it. I'm wondering if anyone here has any good tactics for warriors in particular in a one on one PVP confrontation, involving a high level mage as I may have a bit of a "grudge match" coming up and I want to see if there any angles I can work at my measley level 47. Mind You, I've killed a few level 60's during raid parties but one on one, I'm looking for some tactic that might turn things around.

I don't know anything about Warrior PvPing, but I just read a warrior FAQ and saw this:

Every class has a class that beats them. In our case, it is mages. Their spells

cause full damage unless you are clad in resistance gear and many instant so you

can’t pummel them. If you get the first hit with charge so the have to blink,

intercept them, hamstring and trinket out of any immobilise effects and possibly

use shield wall you might win but mounting and running is so much less painful.

Enjoying BC quite a bit. My character is up to level 63.

Our server had about 10 lvl 70s by Friday, all of which are in the same guild. I think their Draenei is up to 50 now. They're freaking crazy.

 

My pally is 8 bars from 61.

I have to say I'm loving the gear in BC.

Fury gear is so easy to come by.

What really makes me grin is that the new tier sets will have a DPS set and a tanking set.
