[REL][BETA] Rare Peds Spawn as Normal Peds

Its beta. Just has emergency workers spawn as normal on most streets.

 

They spawn at:

 

-Worker areas

-business areas

-rich areas

-average areas

-poor areas

-beaches

-parks

Mostly cities

 

Rare peds that spawn:

 

-FBI (pistol and baton, will attack other peds commiting felonies).

-SWAT (pistol and baton, will attack other peds commiting felonies).

-ARMY (pistol and baton, will attack other peds commiting felonies).

-Medic

-Fireman

 

Soon to come:

 

-Clowns

-Food Diner employees

-and more.

Nah, FBI, SWAT, and Army guys just carry pistols and nightsticks. Medics and fireman dont carry anything.
