Sniper reticule? anyone?

The Sniper scope in San andreas, I don't liek it. lol, i was thinking of replacing it in Photoshop 7.0 with something like this: http://upl.silentwhisper.net/uplfolders/up...sniperscope.JPG

 

If it even is possible, what programs would I need to replace the files, and where would I find the original sniper reticule? I'm guessing somewhere in the data folder..

 

I like the one i just made in paint, because it's very precise, unlike that stupid red dot sniper scope already in the game.
