Help with Storymode

I think my game is bugged because I can't seem to be able to continue the storymode.

 

I am in the Las Venturas doing the final steps before the Robbery on the Mafia I think. I got everything done except for the keycard from the girl. So I took her out until sometime, she rang me and said she would give me the door code to her house and the keycard. I go to her house and take the key card and then I was expecting a call from Woozie but nothing happened. I then went online to search for walkthroughs and found something out that I needed to kill her and then Woozie would call me. So I went to her house and wasted her but Woozie still hasn't called

 

Is there something i'm missing? I'm pretty sure I've done all the story-mode missions but I haven't finished those extra missions like Trucking, Quarry, Flying, Schools etc.

After you get the keycard from Millie, you didn't need to kill her. Killing her is just a faster way to get the card instead of getting 100% with her.

 

How long have you waited since you got the keycard?

I waited for quite a while; probably for about 2 days in-game time

You've got to be absolutely sure you've killed her. She could have ran away after you shooting her and dissapeared. Maybe the game didn't register her death. Did you check if she's still available to date? Can you go inside her house?

 

But yet you say you got the card already? This makes killing her have no point.

 

Just wait a little while. Stay out of vehicles. You should get a call.

You must complete your airport's mission. There are four missions about it. The last one is "Green Goo". When you complete all of the 4 mission. Then you get a call from Ken Rosenberg. Then continue to the "Mafia" mission. There is only one mission about it. When you completed that you'll receive a call from Woozie. Then go to the "Four Dragons Casino" and do the robbery.
