Mission blip on radar won't go away

After completing the mission where you save Sweet, for whatever reason the radar blip (yellow square) that directs you to Sweet's house won't disappear, even though the "red circle" is no longer there. I have tried reinstalling but it seems that the problem is embedded into my user save file. This is REALLY annoying while playing the game because so many mission blips look the same and you have to figure out which one you should be heading towards.

 

 

Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it (other than starting a new game)? Thanks in advance.
