game crashes after last mission

i have finished all the main storyline missions with no problems at all but sudenly after finishing "end of the line" the game starts crashing randomly every 10-15 min. It's not the rain and i have all my drivers updated and my game ran perfectly for a week... anybody who have an idea of how to fix this?
