Accesories: Money necklace, gold watch, every possible spot tattoed. Weapon of Choice: Hands Fighting Stye: Boxing Vehicle: Banshee/Hydra Home: 2905 Mullholand Dr. Job: Vigalante Hair: Bald with gotee Background Informtion: Originally from Las Venturas, Joe has devoted his life to stop crime because his father was a cop, but was forced to retire after being accused of selling yay.(un-true) His dad was depressed and moved away, never to be seen again...
