I am missing one photo op. It is the one on the tanker. However, I can't get close enough for the icon to show from the coast line and I don't know how to get on board. (Unless I steal a chopper). Am I looking in the wrong place.

 

Advice?

 

Edit - it's ok. I managed to get it fine. I stole and boat and sailed close to the ship and was able to take a pic that way.
