[REQ]San Andreas Performance Tweak

I'm running on P3 733 MHz with 640 MB of Ram and Geforce 4 MXX440 64 MB, and well, surprisingly, San Andreas is playable under no draw distance, 800x600 16bit and everything else low of off. tounge.gif

 

But, I was wondering if some one could tell me or make a mod that, similar to the one for Vice City, that removes all the unneccesary stuff like smoke, leaves, newspapers, ect.

 

I'd gladly appreciate it. smile.gif
