Wont load fully

At the first loading screen where it has the music playin and the slide show of the characters as cartoons, whe it gets to the end the slide show jumps back to the last character it showed then fades to the next one again. If i leave it to load fully textures wont appear and a message comes up saying "Problem with disc"

 

This has happened since i first put it into the xbox and has gotten worse since. I usually have to turn the xbox off/on about 10 times waiting each time for it to go through the loading sequence until it finally loads normally.

 

Is this a problem with the disc or my old xbox?

I've never heard of that sort of problem with a x-box before . I would say it is extremely unlikely to be the disc if it is use the warranty and get it swapped. I would say it is a good possibility that it is your x-box.

Well i think my warranty is long expired. Also I can still play it eventually I just dont want to have to start all over again.

Ok I have figured out how to fix this. Which is why I'm bumping it up. For people who also have this problem, its because the xbox isn't warmed up enough. It sounds weird but it is true. I just play a different game which uses less power than SA like Project Gotham Racing 2 for about half an hour. Then I put San Andreas in and it loads first time. Also you don't have to play the game, I just get a car go to time trail and leave it and come back later.
