andyeban Posted June 24, 2005 Share Posted June 24, 2005 After all you guys ranting about how bad the xbox version was I was pretty upset. Until I bought it and played it. It was way better than the PS2 Version graphically, and although it doesnt have the graphics of a good PC version, it makes up by being able to sit on your couch and play with the ease and comfort of the controller. dre Posted June 24, 2005 Share Posted June 24, 2005 i got both the pc and xbox ver, i almost passed the game on xbox and only did 1 mission on pc. buts thats besides the point after im dont with the game ill start modding it on pc.. which is very limited for xbox. also getting a joystick for pc makes the game a bit more playable... you cant really say if one ver is better over the other, just prefrence Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Think about it, better graphics, faster load times, choice of keyboard, mouse, or controller (I use a PS2 controller for driving/flying), mods, and the ability to output to a regular TV and sit on the couch, as the first poster stated. I use a dualshock clone (why aim when the game does it for you) to play a version that is much better looking, faster loading, easier to mod, and higher resolution. I'm actually quite shocked that anyone would choose a console version unless their PC can't handle it. or they dont want to admit that waiting 30 seconds for a garage to open isn't fun. DigitallyInsane^ Posted June 25, 2005 Share Posted June 25, 2005 Okay, I am a huge Xbox fanboy, but I have a powerful PC which I built to play Half-Life 2, and I have to say; PC is "T3|-| M05T 133T!!!" I have all three versions, and, obviously an Xbox, PC and a PS2 Slimline which i purchased solely for the purpose of playing San Andreas as soon as possible. (I have never even placed another disk in my PS2 since I bought it) I'm sorry, but it must be said, looking at the facts, a high powered PC parts the PC and Xbox like the red sea.
