Game doesn't boot

I just bought the game brought it home and installed i went to play at it doesn't load

 

when i press the icon on desktop or otherwise a cd image shows that its loading in in a few seconds my screen flashes black holds for 3 seconds and then reverts to desktop i tried loading straight from disk and same problem...please help me!

 

 

PS. my drivers are updated and specs are above required and ive reinstalled several timeS!

 

***EDIT*** PRoblem fixed read further into forum and disabled Windows blinds thak u whoever suggested it...fixed my problems!
