{AmU}Griffle
Hi I've just got San Andres and now I'm installing it, I was wondering how long does it usually take for you guys to complete installation?
fuckindumass
It took me almost ten minutes...a lot longer than Vice, but worth the wait lol
{AmU}Griffle
Well mine took me alot more then 10 minutes. What is going wrong here. Mine took about more than an hour and right now it's still installing. I'm currently using a external USB 16x Dvd Drive. And my computer has met all the minimum requirements excluding the GeForce2 and display memory. Could anyone please tell me what is going wrong here? Daggdave
Its probably because you are using an external USB drive. I would imagine that its alot faster when it is directly connected to the motherboard.
fuckindumass
Yeah, especially if it''s 1.

fuckindumass
Well, Norton Autoprotect slows down installations SOOOOO BAD!!!!, in my case... Man, I 'upgraded' to '2005' on my old pc (PII 256RAM LMAO) and it made things so slow I had to uninstall it. I went with free AVG, and dropped ZoneAlarm for SP2. No problems.......yet
GTA3Freak-2001
Its also dependant on what hard drive you have, what speed, how much space left etc. For me it took no more then about 8 minutes.
ankush
It installed on my pc in 2 minutes
Death-Speak
We are gods because we can diagnose the issues on your PC without knowing what type of PC you have. Post specs next time... IMHO, its the ext usb drive slowing you down. You could have a slow hard drive too. DS
bk007
about 1 1/2 mins but my computer is a legend:)
{AmU}Griffle
I found out what the problem is. Acctually I'm using a high speed USB device on the slow USB Port. After I completed the installation (about 1 hr 20 min) The game can't read the disc. Don't worry I've fixed that easily with a no-cd crack . If I'm allowed to post that crack here just ask the moderator here, and if he says yes that I'm allowed so I'll do it. Don't bother to pm me because I don't have enough time to keep typing the same thing over and over again. By the way the game runs fairly smoothly on GeForce2 -> 64mb | Pentium 4 | 386 mb hard drive space in total before installation | In game resolution 684xUnknownxUnknown | Highest Detail | Maximum possible draw distance in game not modified | Feel free to post here about where did I get the No-CD Crack if it's allowed. Bumper3D
If I'm allowed to post that crack here just ask the moderator here, and if he says yes that I'm allowed so I'll do it. You're not allowed to do that. Anyways, nice to hear that it's running on your pc. Enjoy it.
GTA3Freak-2001
Anyone wanting the crack can easily visit google or even one of the known backup games website, but please no links etc.
