Game Launch Problems

if you have problems starting the game please read this. i installed and played for bit, then after quitting i try to go back into it but it doesnt launch...just a flicker of the screen.

 

lots of people having the same problem and i think I've fixed it, sort of me anyway. some guy on another thread was talking about turing the CD/RW or DVD/RW DLA off (or on) in the DLA tab. there was no DLA tab but after checking the box 'Enable CD Recording on this drive' under 'Desktop Recording'

I been trying to get game working for days i have only played for 10minutes!! this has worked for me..

 

My Computer > Right click DVD drive > properties > Recording; tab > under Desktop CD Recording' check the box 'Enable CD Recording on this drive'

yeah..but only if you have a DvD burner

yeah.. mmkay you need a DvD rom drive to play the game not a dvd burner.
