You own the same type of car the police do, but obviously it isn't a cop car. I don't know what screen he's talking about though. While I see it would be interesting to have a GTAIII Police Car, without all the police markings and making it a standard car, would be cool, but I don't find it near that exciting. It has to do with police vehicles. The Premier is a model of a police vehicle, without any markings or such. Nothing to do with mafia. That's great you associate black cars with mafia. The ideal is that this police car has the same feel and handling as a police car, but it actually isn't. Yah in SA every car could be black if you wanted it to be, and then there is also FBI cars and SUVs in VC and the theres the limos in all GTAs, and have you ever heard of a pay and spray?
