GTA3Freak-2001
Oh yes, sorry to say but you've joined the many others who share the same problem. I haven't heard a proper working solution from anyone, the only thing you can do is request a .set file which has the resolution you want as well as any other settings. There is a topic somewhere in this forum which has many .set files and where you can request one.

GTA3Freak-2001
No sorry I mean you'll have to get someone else to change their resolution and then send you their .set file as they aren't editable I am afraid. I'll try and find the topic for you. Here you go: .Set Request Topic

dertyjerzian
hahahaha yea right dude. tell ya how tho since my topic doesnt have instructions anymore: open the zip and read the readme.txt, choose which you would like to try, copy and paste it on the desktop so you can keep your originals, rename to gta_sa.set (pretty much just erase the extra lingo in there) ad then cut and paste it into documents\gta san andreas user files\<---paste into that folder after cut from desktop. Reply to the topic that GTA3Freak offered, or the one in my sig. Both the same topic. By replying, you can enter that discussion and get more help there and perhaps request a file, as well as bump it to prevent more posts like this one and help anyone else with this sam problem. Thank, good luck. GTA3Freak has mentioned to me once that this problem is common in 32 megabite integrated cards, so if this is a valid description of the card you have, you may want to consider an upgrade in hardware for full functionality in your gtasa options menu. C ya. Edited June 23, 2005 by dertyjerzian
