ThePinkFloydSound – You can scale walls but it requires using a cheat code. Pressing L1, UP, LEFT, R1, TRIANGLE, CIRCLE, DOWN, X will activate the perfect traction cheat. Using this as well as a lot of speed will allow you to climb walls and buildings. No planes are available, the helicopter can be taken using a method fully described here.
