NathanHenry Posted July 30, 2005 Share Posted July 30, 2005 Okay page one of this topic has in the first ever post in this topic an underlined word that says San Andreas Player Selection Mod v0.9 that is the latest version for this mod and yes you do have to start a new game because this mod only works with a main.scm file and when the main.scm file is modded you have to start a new game to get it to work but you will be teleported to CJ's house automatically and there are 5 red markers in front of CJ's house just enter one and press jump,sprint, left mouse button, right mouse button, C, G, and Y to switch to a different character and of course the whole SA map is opened from the start so no wanted levels or anything for going to LV or SF and all airports and airplanes in those airports are accessible except for SF airport and airplanes. NathanHenry Posted August 1, 2005 Share Posted August 1, 2005 Darkhell: There are no missions and no saved points at all and you cannot play your saved games while this is installed into you GTA SA but the whole map is opened and planes are accessible (except for SF airport) but no parachuting. NathanHenry Posted August 15, 2005 Share Posted August 15, 2005 (edited) hey nice to see you again Ad_Tec, heard about your SA Player Selection v1.0 and got totally stoked when I found there is Skydiving but I cannot get it to download please help. Actually scratch that I finally got the SA Player Selection v1.0 to work and the parachuting with the other characters is SWEET. Also Ad_Tec224 just a couple of things. Can you possibly make the same kind of main.scm as the player selections main.scm but can you get it to start out as Claude Speed instead of CJ when you hit new game and it loads than appears in Grove Street. No missions though it was hard for Ad_Tec224 to get the mission scripts with the character switching scripted and disabling alot of things like eating and working out and stuff like that. NathanHenry Posted August 30, 2005 Share Posted August 30, 2005 Well there are some weird side effects with adding save points to new MAIN.SCM mods so yes this is the glitch for the SA Player Selection mod v1.0. Kind of strange huh same with this other mod that fireman created that makes you start a new game and lets you teleport to Liberty City from the Shamal Interior and he added in a save point and a pizza stack teleporter in Marco's Bistro so if you saved the game it would screw up the game when you enter Pizza Stack marker. Pelle Posted May 19, 2007 Share Posted May 19, 2007 Great mod, but, the gang members doesn't spawn anywhere, there's like 100 of peds in Grove St. all day, and the vehicles in Ganton and sh*t is the same vehicles that spawn in Rodeo and such. Does this just happen to me, or wit everybody else? If u still working on it, which I doubt...can u fix this?
