Anyway, all - or at least all as far as I know - mods that allow bullet-proof cars are SCM mods. These mods require a new game to function correctly. dertyjerzian Posted July 5, 2005 Share Posted July 5, 2005 or, you could get a handling editor and just edit the damage multiplier setting to something extremely low. by the time the car blows, you're done with it. Plus, when it's on fire, IF you can get it to catch fire, it will take longer to blow. PS yo dont even need a tool to do it, but they have been written, so why not?
