kitkatsavvy Posted June 20, 2005 Share Posted June 20, 2005 I have finally figured how to pass the stupid 'life's a beach' stage with OC. i found the trick is to press them early before they even go in the circle, and to also hold the key down for each move for a bit instead of just tapping the keys. that way the keys will hopefully be recognised... in short.. do it early and hold the key down until you see a dark white circle - the light white circle is 10points, the dark is 50. also i have put the location of where the dance club is in los santos.. it is in idlewood, near or prob. in new mexico. .heres a screenshot.. enjoys - it is a few blocks to the left of teh BS place (not shown).. i only passed it with the skin of my teeth.. i passed by 20 points lol... i didnt know how t paste a picture here but i have linked to it.. that will do. los santos club location Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

As I mentioned in the PM I sent you, the mission becomes a problem is you're facing lag. Try lowering your settings and if nothing helps, you can always request a SnP and get the mission done. Given your configuration: Intel[R] Pentium[R] 4 CPU 2.00GHz 512 MB RAM40 GB Hard Disk Intel[R] 82845G/GL Chip 64 MB. ...I'd say at the lowest possible setting. Turn off Anti-Aliasing and reduce draw distance to zero. Resolution not more than 1024x768, preferably 800x600. Also, try turning on/off the Frame Limiter and see if it makes any difference. Girish Posted June 7, 2009 Share Posted June 7, 2009 You'll just have to keep on trying, I guess. But it's going to be difficult because of the lag. You'll have to take a wild guess for every arrow and press the corresponding arrow key slightly before it reaches the circle. That way, taking into consideration the lag, the key press might get registered when the arrow reaches the circle. Of course, this might take a lot of tries. That's not going to work because every setting file is unique depending on the system which it has been created on and it works only for that system. For you, my settings file will crash your game. So, unless you find someone with the exact same configuration as you, getting someone else's settings file is not a good idea. Why not just request another SnP? If you have completed it, then the CV icon will disappear, won't it? There are no more Cesar Vialpando missions until you unlock Badlands, which is after finishing all Los Santos missions. Girish Posted June 7, 2009 Share Posted June 7, 2009 In that case, you'll have to live with the traffic. I suggest you use a Remington for the race. It's more stable than the other lowriders and won't spin out easily. Begin the race cautiously avoiding the traffic and not crashing into the other lowriders. The other lowriders might crash, that's when you take your chance to get ahead of them. Once you approach the first right turn, then speed up. lil weasel Posted June 7, 2009 Share Posted June 7, 2009 Crouch behind planter and usse auto-aim inside the building. Get the armour before you leave. (It's behind the counter across the room) Never shoot at the Truck. Take out motorcycles first then automobiles. In the tunnel use the exploding barrels if possible. Skill aquired doing this mission will be used in latter missions. If you have the SMG it will be changed by the game to the lesser powerful Micro-SMG. So build up a your skill with it first. And also I wanted to add one more point, press the button and hold when it's half entered in the circle, and release the button when it's exactly inside the circle. I'm playing on PS3, btw. When she asks you if you want to dance, you have to reply to her otherwise nothing happens. In other words, press Y when she asks you whats up, and press Y a second time when she asks if you want to dance. PS.
