bajajahehehe
I'm trying to put a tattoo of a teardrop under carl's right eye. It's easy but i keep getting a tear on each side of his face, but on some hairstyles carl has a detail only on one side of his head. help?
The Un-American
Really good question and something I desperately need to know for the mod I'm working on. Hopefully someone has an idea that can be helpful.
[enforcA]
you'll need to edit the face textures of cj, cj got an own face texture for every haircut the standard textures are only on cj's torso greetings
bajajahehehe
Yeah, I now that. I edited all the txd's for carl's haircuts and put a teardrop under his eye but I want only one tattoo under ONLY his right eye and putting the tattoo directly under his eye on the txd creates a teardrop under each of his eyes, but some of the face textures have features that appear on only one side of his face (ie: the groove cut and the detail cut have a shape that doesn't "double-up" on the other side of his face) I want to know how I can keep the teapdrop from doubling onto the other side of his face. It would also be cool if I could put scars on his face or body this way.
bajajahehehe
Hey un-american if you learn how to do it for your mod, tell me
Psycho_8_1
To put it short, you'd have to remap the head textures to make him have only one tear drop under one eye. All of the head textures are "doubled-up" on the face, it doesn't look like it, but they are. The only reason hairstyles like the groove cut and detailed cut look like they wouldn't be doubled-up is because the details in the hair are done with an extra section in the texture, like the eyes and teeth. I know it sucks. So I guess we'll just have to sit back and patiently wait for a dff filter to be made so we can do stuff like this. Sorry to bring the bad news
