I really can't play with this things If this is for the pc, edisoncarter provided these: AFZLLQLL = Sunny Weather ICIKPYH = Very Sunny Weather ALNSFMZO = Overcast Weather AUIFRVQS = Rainy Weather CFVFGMJ = Foggy Weather As for the speed blur? No idea, I like it myself. Aside from cheat codes I know of no other way. If you're on xbox you'll have to google for cheat codes, I'm sure it has the same ones.
