Some general SA questions

Hey everyone. Been playing SA on the PC since release and love it! There are a few things don't I just don't know and am looking for some help:

 

Can you board the streetcar or any trains?

Can you gain territory in San Fiero?

Once you have finished Los Santos, can you go back to LS and gain territory again?

Where are all the flannel shirts besides the red and black flannel?

Does the Victim store ever open?

I found a Maverick heli in San Fiero, any tips on how to fly it on the PC? It's a little funky flying on the PC.

How do you enter flying school?

Found a Super GT- any other "secret" cars? Have seen only 1 Cheetah.

Other than cars, is there any reason to buy a house?

In SF now, anything special to see here? For that matter, anything extra special that I may have missed in the coutryside or in LS?

 

I know these ?'s may sound pretty basic, but any help would help! Thanks!

1)You can board freight and passenger trains. In freight train you can do freight missions but on passenger trains you can choose to drive as a passenger - just enter passenger car.

2)No. Only in LosSantos and not in even in ALL LosSantos - you can gain hoods in Ghetto part of town, a small land in Downtown and few hoods around beach.

3)You can gain hoods only after Homecoming mission which is even after LasVenturas and then you'll have to start from scratch.

4)Sorry. I ain't a shopper.

5)Didn't look carefuly but when you get back to Los Santos every clothe shop is open ( at least i think )

6)I'm no master at flying but I use NumPad to fly: Num8 lean forward; Num2 lean backward etc. I don't have a joystick so this is pretty good for me.

7)Flying school will be only avaiable after San Fierro. WARNING! You'll have to buy an old landing strip so save some cash.

8)Las Venturas is full of muscle cars - Cheetah, Bullet, Super GT, Turismo, Infernus and many more.

9)I guess you mean garages. Well safehouses are required for 100%, besides state's pretty big and you'll be happy to have a safehouse near you in cas sh*t happens.

10)Emmmm... I really got through missions first and just now I'm starting to explore.

Take a hydra fly to the north-east corner of the map, fly like an half hour and then drown yourself.cYou will then have more territory's

Nice find! Appreciate it! Will do some checking on that tonight! I guess what I am confused about is, I finished LS and moved to SF. I can't seem to gain any territory in SF and when I go back to LS, I start shooting at other gang members, the cops show up and the next thing I know, I have 3-4 stars. Can I still gain territory? I can't seem to find an answer on this.
