kostyan5 Posted June 19, 2005 Share Posted June 19, 2005 Is there a reason why taxi missions wouldn't work? I get into a taxi/cabbie and press 2 for taxi missions. The light goes on and it says "Taxi Driver" but there aren't any fares nearby. It says to keep looking. I've been driving around everywhere and still no fares. Am I missing something? Keep Looking" I've done a few different test to try to narrow it down to wat is wrong, and it looks like my save game has something to do with it. After i load my normal save (where i have done alot of other side Q's) and try Taxi Driver mission. It doesn't work. If i don't exit and start a new game it won't let me run Taxi Driver for the new game But if i start a new game before running my save, then the taxi missions work. ----------------------------------------- Is there a way to edit my save so the taxi missions have been done, cause i don't wanna start from the start again. Both of these should be very similiar, but not sure. Both of these are 2 new saved games, start, moneycheat, buy safehouse, save. 1st allows me to do the Taxi Missions (GTASAsf7.b) 2nd doesn't allow me to (GTASAsf8.b) can some1 dl these and try. Malcolm Posted June 26, 2005 Share Posted June 26, 2005 Ive got the game on Xbox, and totally finished the story line, done about 70% and the same thing is happening to me, and ive tried all over San Andreas. It worked for a little while, then it just stopped. I started a new game but im having the same problem on that one as well. Any suggestions? This with the constant crashing means I aint enjoying this game on the pc one bit, patch us /me goes to dig out PS2 and play it on their instead. I tried to look in those save files witha hex editor but too many things seem different to work out whats going on. Well, for me anyway.
