amerine
When trying to do "Lifes a Beach", after i talk to the DJ the dancing starts. It says, You have to get 2500 or more to gain access to the sound van. When that dissapears, the game freezes and then crashes to the desktop. It also crashes when i enter the red circle of the man standing outside the trainstation after the Cesear Viaplando mission (lowrider mission) im running, Windows XP Professional SP2 Intel Pentium 4 3.00gGHz (2 CPUs) 512MB Ram RADEON X300/X550 Series 128MB driver version: 6.14.10.6542

mer cinder
ya i'm in it with you two guys... really itchin me the wrong way seeing as this is a mission I need to do to progress in the game. Must be a radeon thing... I'm running an ATI card too.... Damn I hope they release a patch soon for all the cockf*ckery they left in the PC version.... I'll post if I find anything to work, hopefully one of us does
amerine
It still crashes, but now it stays at the screen untill i click around and press buttons. then it crashes to the desktop. The game does run great! Until this.... would it matter that i have the Open San Andreas 1.1 mod?
joedawson
I am using an Open SA mod too... - unfortunately I cannot re-install without frying my saved game to check. It would take me days to get back to that mission to see if it crashed again. Frankly, I dont want to invest the time. I havent heard any reports of people using a similar main.scm mod having any problems. One would think it wouldnt crash at a mini-game trigger due to a main scm change. joedawson
Hell id be happy with a saved game editor, or a "mission skip" trainer. this mission is so minor anyway. and kinda dumb if you ask me , DDR clone.
joedawson
Try this, it may not solve the problem, but get you past the mission instead.... Joe http://www.gameburnworld.com/dl/dl2.php?fi...sUnlocker-2.rar
joedawson
good and bad news.... Good news first - The problem seems to be the main scm or the saved game... I replaced my main.scm with the original (no more open SA, too bad...) and used the appropriate saved games in the link i posted earlier. The dance mission loaded just fine this time. BLAH I SAY anyway, now i have to figure a way to get all my snazzy clothes back. enjoy! joe
_roller_
joedawson with the saved games that you posted in the link , when i'm going to load 1 of them, my game crachs after the load.

saboteur
My game has trouble at the same point, except it slows down to like 2fps as soon as the circle appears, instead of crashing.
