Stuka
I can recal how happy I was with this game between my hands, even if it was 2 weeks before the exams, until i tried it. It was imposilble to play: runing like at 0 .1 fps. So i instaled new drivers for my video card. Worked faster but still unplayable. So i reinstalled windows, Defraged EVERY single drive. Took me 20 hours (defraging, amazing, 98% of the files were fragmented on the drive were GTA was!!!). This done tested the game again, WAAAA! i can now play (well my friend couldnt, but compared to what it was before AMAZING). Then I Tweeked every single graphical options on my graphics card. All it did was Repair the texture glich i was having. but it was still very saturated gameplay. Then by fustration turned the SFX bar all the way to 0..... I have finily played GTA how it should be. Nice Fluid, never new the game could be played so well. But playing like that maked me play without anysound. :'( Gone quite far without it, but its fustrating) I looked at the forum, but the seatch didn't work so i dunno if anyone had the same problem with this card. My sound card is: Gamesurround muse 5.1 DVD (its not a very twikable card). I was thinking of bying a new one as it gliches a bit. But never has it been as bad as it was in this game. SO i hope i wont need to buy a new card. Bought a mp3 player, and nice headset. (=poor) The rest of my specs: -Intel Pentium 4 Cpu 1.8Ghz -768 MB Ram -ATI Radeon 9800 XT -Gamesurround muse 5.1 DVD Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/197458-another-sound-problem/ Share on other sites
