Anything acting out of the ordinary - car chase, car ramming you, or a car just driving really eratically - will not stop (at least not that I have seen. The enemy fire off cheat does it. Just keep in mind that if you get out of a car or into one the camera will freeze in place and you'll leave it if you move.
