Installation problem

When I launch the setup, it starts to run and I press 'Next' where it's needed and when I get to the licence agreement I agree to the terms and then I press 'Next' and it just shuts down the install without any window thats telling me what the problem is.

I have all the system requirement and got DirectX 9 installed.

What should I do to fix this problem??
