I used it to get a NGR-500 to try out some of the insane stunds (One on airport runway) and could never do it then I played the game at a friends house who had a mod that let rare vehicles spawn in traffic and noticed that the bike generated by the program and the one car jacked looked the same but performed way differently. the car jacked one had tons of power but the generated one didn't even seem to out perform the 6000 or even the sanchez dirt bike.
