Meaning that they spawn more or less over and over the same places. - There are infinite, because they spawn again after you kill them. - As now, I've only met two 'kinds' of dealers: 1- black, with black trousers and black vest, dark 70's hair, stands with crossed arms. 2- white, wearing a white hoodie (with the hood on his head), can't recall them trousers, stands with crossed arms. Some Drug Dealers also drop a large amount of cash, but it should also be noted that they are packing 9mm pistols and will not hesitate to pop a cap in your ass if you do anything threatening to them. And yes, dealers are also worth slightly more than your average ped (but not as much as a cop) respect should you kill them. Otherwise there's no bonus. I think that the game sometimes remembers the bodies of anyone you kill if you kill that person while s/he is buying drugs from a dealer, but I'm not sure. Edit: yes, the game remembers the body of the buyer you killed. I noticed this cuz I drove out to the countryside and back and a buyer was still there.
