ThaKilla Posted March 15, 2006 Author Share Posted March 15, 2006 No the only way to do it, so to use the SAAT (San Andreas Audio Tool) and rebuild the in game sounds, but any car that uses the same sound file (a few do, they just adjust pitch and length of play) than they will also have the new sound. Volv Posted December 30, 2007 Share Posted December 30, 2007 dono if something similar has been posted or not, but i edited my sawnoff shotty to act more like the combat, so i can fit a shotty of my choice into the game, but when i start the game and try to either AIM or FIRE the gun, my game crashes....i dont know if its the animation or what, but i cant change it back since my sawnoff animation disapeared after deselcting it. not sure whats up but any info would be appreciated thnx. I've tried to install KewlButtonz.ocx (from a few different places) but GTASA-Ultimate Editor seems to only be available from here. I always get a warning about "KewlButtonz.ocx", and when looking for that file.... Well, as above, it looks dodgy I assume that the author's included it for some graphical enhancements to the UI. Shortly after that I got some other viruses popping up, which I don't normally because I am very careful about that. I googled it and found out it is used in Visual Basic programs to add Windows style buttons to program interfaces, however it has also been known to serve as a backdoor agent for viruses. Most of those types of things would come in on certain ports, so if you know how to block your ports individually you should google search for 'list of ports to block' or 'known ports virus block list' or something I guess. I am going to research for more. I would suggest you get the .zip version of Ultimate Editor, found at the WhackedOut site, which does not include the KewlButtonz file, however it also does not include the 'Edit txd' button, so you'll want to get a seperate .txd editor. Here is the error from the install I just tried from your latest release, from the link provided in your signature. C:\Windows\system32\KewlButtonz.ocx An error occured while trying to rename a file in the destination directory: MoveFile failed; code 2. The system cannot find the file specified. Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip (not recommended), or Abort to cancel. Now what I don't understand is, I had it working fine again, and made no changes to the program, and it starts with this again? What is up with this stoopid kewlbuttonz thing? When I try to run the program I get this error: Run-time error `339` Component `KewlButtonz.cox' or one of its dependencies is not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid OK That is after a complete uninstall/reinstall of the program. ::Updated June 15 2008 Deleted UEOpts.cfg and now it's working again. Thanks ThaKilla.:: ::Update June 27 Now it's not working again so i'm going back to version 3400 for now. Wish I didn't have to since that 'edit txd' button is missing, and there is not IMG editing. I don't understand why it works for awhile and then quits. I do not have a current UEOpts.cfg file. It does not create one on install or open of the version 36. The download link is still not working for me in Firefox.:: I'm not sure why but so far I do not seem to be getting much in the way of answers to som e of my questions in other threads. This thread I get answers, but I need to know how to fix problems with other programs too. I am trying to become a Game Creator, as my career.
