CARS LIGHTING PROB

I have two questions that need answering, just to see if this is normal or not (PC):

 

1. Why is it that, when riding on a train, i noticed that sometimes the brightness of the train just immediatly goes from darker to lighter, or vice versa. Why does this happen? Often the reflection and brightness/huge transition is nice and gradual, but sometimes it looks as if the tone of colour on the train changes like lightning (especiall around the station north of Las Venturas). I am not sure if this happens in other vehicles too.

 

2. Secondly, this sometimes happens in the game, but some cars that drive by me on highways at hih speeds seem to jitter (as if they were "stop,go,stop,go etc." very fast), though the frame rate is still good. This happens to only one car every now and than, but the others remain fine. A very noticable example is at the game intro, as when CJ is riding in the police car, u can see at a certain segment in the video that the vehicle jitters along the road instead of running smoothly. Is this normal, and do other people experience this?

the frame rate may only seem to be good.

 

What is happening is, for 2 at least, is that the game is skipping frames. there probably is a lot of car accidents and cars passing you wjhile you are at full speed on the freeway. like, a taxi will pass your bike.

 

As for the train lighting... could be a glitch, but is most likely just you being in the right place at the right time to catch something as obscure as the train going through its lightiing transitions. right place right time.
